How do you assemble 800mm x 2000mm Roller Banners?

We promise it’s not difficult to become a roller banner pro. They are easy to assemble! First, remove your banner from the carry bag and then extend the pole to full length. With the banner graphic facing away from you, simply pull it to chest height and secure the pole connector to the bar at the top of the retractable banner. Using the pole, you can finish extending the banner to your chosen height before securing the other end of the pole into the base of the metal case.

Disassembling your printed roller banner is even easier. Simply hold the top of the banner with one hand and keep a foot on the base to keep it stable. Then remove the bottom end of the pole and gently let the banner retract into its case. When the banner is about chest height, remove the pole from the top and lower the rest into the case.

How do I set up my artwork for these?

Artwork for these should have the usual bleed of 3mm – because they are only printed single-sided, all of the important information should be within the design. Artwork should be set up in CMYK as that is the colour format we use as professional printers. Remember that colours may vary depending on your monitor settings. Most screens are set to display in RGB, which is a different colour scheme.

We do prefer print-ready PDFs or JPEG The ideal resolution of the artwork should be 300dpi, although, depending on your graphic a lower resolution may be acceptable.

When you are ready, you can send your artwork via email (don’t forget to include your order number), and our design team will check it over to make sure your custom printed banner display will look great.
