What is Foamex printing or PVC Foam Board?

Foamex display boards are made from a material made from PVC with a foam core and a smooth finish, and they are an incredibly advantageous method for displaying and advertising your business material. Your foam PVC design is also guaranteed to come printed to a high-quality finish and can be printed on to 3 thicknesses, we offer 3mm foamex board, 5mm foamex and 10mm foamex printed boards. What’s the difference between the corner options available?

At Print Stafford, we offer three different corner options on our foam boards. Firstly, you can choose to have your sign with standard square corners, which means we leave them untouched apart from cutting the sheet size. Secondly, we offer 10mm radius corners that provide a sleek, rounded finish. Lastly, our radius-drilled corners are also rounded and can come with drilled holes for mounting.

Do I need bleed and crop marks on my artwork?

You need to add bleed on all printed items. You do not, however, need to supply your Foamex board artwork with crop marks or bleed marks. You should be aware of where you are going to drill through the design to ensure that you can get your message across.
