Common questions we get asked when quoting

How soon will I get my quote?

We aim to respond to most quotes within 24 hours during our working hours, in most cases within the hour!

We do respond as fast as we can when it comes to helping clients get their custom print quote.

So keep the phone at the ready and an eye on your emails (always check your spam).

Even if we can’t help we will still reply, thats how reliable we are!

Can I request a quote for different quantities?

You sure can, if you need multiple quantities, feel free to utilise the additional description field as that is what it is for.

Can I request a quote for different sizes?

If you require multiple sizes, feel free to utilise the additional description field.

Do you offer any design services?

We do offer design services! If you need us to help with the design, let us know.

Whilst we do charge for design, our prices are very competitive.

I can't be bothered with the form, can I call instead?

Of course! Feel free to call us and we will do our best to quote you there and then! Please note we might ask you to email your artwork to check if it is suitable or a VAT-rated design.

This is so that we can be accurate with our costings. No one likes it when the goal posts move, not even us!

You have quoted something different to what I have asked for?

When you request a quote, we assess all the information you give us, including the time scales or what you are trying to achieve with your print project.

Trust us, we take them on board!

We do, believe it or not, know a thing about what we do, so may recommend a better paper stock to help you achieve your goals.

A good example of this is gloss paper stock, this used to be the most popular paper because it was the cheapest – however, 150gsm silk is now considered the most professional standard!

When we look at when you need your prints, as we know our own machinery and print production queues, choose the best way to achieve your deadline. This, along with your volume, is the difference between digital printing and litho printing.
