We print our A5 Leaflets 6PP on a wide range of stocks including 150gsm, 250gsm and 350gsm stock as standard.
We can print on to a variety of other papers as well with a choice of gloss, silk or uncoated stocks. We also include a choice of lamination options including Matt, Gloss and Soft touch should that be what you require.

These leaflets start life as a sheet of paper which measures a large flat size of 444mm x 210mm then they are folded into equal parts using the standard TriFold method to create a finished size of 148mm x 210mm. Since there are 6 panels or pages to these folded leaflets, they are sometimes referred to as 210mm 4pp leaflets and are an ideal finished size to post.

Typically orders with lower amounts are printed digitally and larger volume orders are litho – because of how production works and how manage our costs and production schemes this is meant as a general guide and cannot be guaranteed. For example, we make these decisions once an order has been placed and we have received the artwork and payment. We then look at our production flows and pick which of the many streams we manage for us to produce your artwork to your product specifications. This will be the same with most commercial print companies that use digital and litho.

They are available on several paper choices including a budget 130gsm gloss stock with a shiny surface and very smooth finish. Many of our customers prefer our Silk stock since it has a smooth feel with a slight surface texture. We are also able to quote for any additional stocks that we carry.

You need bleed on all printed items. You do not, however, need to supply your A5 Leaflets 6PP folded leaflets with crop marks or bleed marks.
Yes, we can, we are always here to help! For folded leaflets like these, where possible we recommend a 3mm safe area within the whole design. Where you intend your artwork to be folded, we also advise a 5mm margin to ensure a perfect print. If you download our digital template pdf files you can use this as a guide when setting up your jobs artwork. When you have sent us the graphic we check it over to ensure it has been set up correctly and send you a screen proof for your approval.
