They start life as a printed sheet which measures 296mm x 148mm before they are folded down the middle using the standard Half-Fold method to create square leaflets with a finished size of 148 mm x 148 mm. Since there are 4 panels or pages to these folded leaflets, they are sometimes referred to as 148mm 4pp leaflets.

Even our A3 Folded leaflets and A4 Folded leaflets can be folded in half to be used as a 4PP Folded Leaflet.

How are 4pp 148mm Square Folded Leaflets made?

It is quite simple, really – we take the longest finished edge of a standard A6 Leaflet which measures 148mm (or the shortest edge on an A5). We then use that measurement to create a square measuring 148mm on each edge. We add the same again, with a crease or a fold in the middle, and this is what we call an A6 Square 4PP leaflet.

Do I need to fold the leaflets myself?

Of course not! We pride ourselves on ensuring all the small finishing touches are made before they arrive with you. We will fold your 148mm x 148mm leaflets before we send them out so they’re ready to be presented and distributed as soon as they are delivered.

If I upload my own design, what file types do you accept?

If you are ordering your 148mm square folded flyers online, we can accept pdf and jpeg files (minimum of 300 dpi). Please note that artwork should be set up in CMYK, and all fonts should be converted to curves or outlines.
