Our 148mm Square 4pp folded leaflets are a staple to anyone looking to advertise their products and services. They start life as a printed sheet which measures 296mm x 148mm before they are folded down the middle using the standard Half-Fold method to create square leaflets with a finished size of 148 mm x 148 mm. Since there are 4 panels or pages to these folded leaflets, they are sometimes referred to as 148mm 4pp leaflets.
It is quite simple really – we take the longest finished edge of a standard A6 Leaflet which measures 148mm (or the shortest edge on an A5). We then use that measurement to create a square measuring 148mm on each edge. We add the same again, with a crease or a fold in the middle and this is what we call an A6 Square 4PP leaflet.
Of course not! We pride ourselves on ensuring all the small, finishing touches are made before they arrive to you. We will fold your 148mm x 148mm leaflets before we send them out so they’re ready to be presented and distributed as soon as they are delivered.
If you are ordering your 148mm square folded flyers online, we can accept pdf and jpeg files (minimum of 300 dpi). Please note that artwork should be setup in CMYK and all fonts should be converted to curves or outlines.
Our 148mm square folded flyers are available on several paper choices including a budget 130gsm gloss stock with a shiny surface and very smooth finish. Many of our customers prefer to have them printed on our Silk stock since it has a smooth feel with a slight surface texture.

You need to supply bleed on all printed items. You do not, however, need to supply your 148mm square folded leaflets with crop marks or bleed marks.

Where you intend your artwork to be folded, we also advise a 5mm margin in the layout to ensure a perfect print.
