Printed in full colour, our A4 NCR Sets can be used for all sorts of different jobs, from creating an invoice to writing up orders, delivery notes or receipts. All our A4 NCR Sets are printed on 80gsm NCR paper measuring 210mm x 297mm, a handy size to carry around and still fit on lots of information. We offer 2-part and 3-part NCR sets allowing you to duplicate or triplicate information. If this is a little too large for what you need you can look at our A5 and A6 or our DL options all are available with a minimum of 50 sets!
Our A4 NCR Sets are different to our A4 NCR Pads and A4 NCR Books. Unlike our NCR books, they offer no perforation and as they are sets they do not need a grey backing board as they are only grouped together as a set.
An NCR Set is a complete set of NCR copy papers. For example, a duplicate would be 2 NCR sheets glued together, and a triplicate – 3 copies.
People used to use carbon paper, but this is known for being messy and smudges can cause inaccurate information to be presented. Instead, our A4 NCR Sets allow you to duplicate information in a clean, efficient and precise way.

Instead of using a sheet of carbon paper, NCR Sets are made up of several pieces of NCR paper. The back of each sheet is coated with a special micro-encapsulated dye that reacts with the top of the paper below when pressure is applied. When you press down onto the top sheet with your pen or pencil, you get an instant copy of the original, so you have a copy for yourself and one for your customer.

NCR sets can have many uses, but because of their quick and easy duplication, most businesses use them for creating multiple invoices, delivery notes, receipts, order forms and accident forms. They can be used for any reason where you may need a triplicate or duplicate of something. This is dependent on what specification you order, that being said we are online NCR printing specialists. As a guide timescale, we always advise a 7-10 working days production, this is the nature of the product we are producing for you. A lot of printing companies who offer NCR sets online will print on lower grade NCR paper which enables them to batch print your order with other customers. As we don’t compromise on quality we only print on to thinner paper stocks when requested to do so.
Once we have received your order details and your print ready artwork file, we correlate this along with your finishing options and your order enters our production queue. Throughout this process, we monitor your order to make sure that it meets our quality standards. When your order is produced to spec we package your order up and despatch your NCR order to you using a next-day courier service. This does not mean we offer a next day delivery service but that as soon as your personalised order is ready we get it out to you as quickly as possible.
Most shorter runs are typically produced in 5 working days but this is not guaranteed as production flows can change.
We offer the best range of options and it’s best to look at these before you begin placing your order. We offer numbering – a great way to keep count on your invoices and delivery notes. Just let us know your numbering position information along with your starting number and we will do the rest. You can choose to have them glued along the top or the short edge. You can choose to have the printed in black or full colour, single or double sided. We even offer a drilling service where you can choose between 2 or 4 holes depending on the folder you wish to store them in.
You can choose either 2 part NCR and we even offer 3 or 4 part sets to!

As with any piece of branded stationery, the design of your A4 NCR set should look professional and follow suit to the rest of your brand message. We recommend including your logo and brand name so customers can quickly establish an identity for your business as well as contact details for ease.
If numbering is needed on your A4 NCR set, please supply two files, one for print and one showing the numbering position as a guide. If you would also like to order double sided NCR sets, we suggest using 70 per cent black for the reserve to avoid any show-through.
