The compact size of small A5 desktop calendars makes them more likely to be used than larger wall poster variants. They can be erected instantly on a desk, rather than the customer having to make a hole in their wall.

You can choose from single or double sided printed calendars. A 14pp double-sided will consist of 7 pages printed front and back while a 14pp single sided will consist of 13 pages or leaves printed with the final page printed front and back.
Our desk-top calendar printing is available in landscape only and wire-o bound with a silver wire across the top. The inner pages are printed on either 150gsm or 250gsm Silk while the back is 380gsm Matt Paperboard.
Unlike classic wall calendars which need to be secured to a wall, these stand upright on their own and can be placed on any flat surface, typically a desk or workstation. They work like any other and showcase the days of the month on each page, but the design can be changed to suit your needs, so you’ll never miss another meeting or deadline.

When setting up your artwork it’s best to set up the correct bleed (3mm) and keep all images and text away from the edge using a safe area. As well as ensuring that the right colour palette (CMYK) is used as is common with most printing processes. Please note all imagery should be of a high resolution with a minimum resolution of 300dpi to ensure a great photo desk calendar!
