All our NCR Sets are printed on 80gsm NCR paper as standard and available in 2 parts or 3 parts. Order from as little as 50 sets, also available in sizes A4, A6 and DL all with Free UK mainland delivery!

Nobody wants to be that person making their customer wait while they write up an invoice or delivery note. Our personalised NCR sets are printed on 80gsm NCR paper measuring 148mm x 210mm, a nifty size for carrying in your pocket but one that can still fit lots of information. We offer 2 part and 3 part NCR sets allowing you to duplicate or triplicate information. We can also quote for 4 part should that be what you need just get in touch!
Our A5 NCR forms are different to our A5 NCR Pads and A5 NCR Books – unlike our NCR books they offer no perforation and the sets are bound by glue to the edge. Sets do not need to have a grey backing board as they are only grouped together as a set. They still come with our free UK delivery though!
Printed NCR Sets are handy business tools that can provide you with copies of information for you. In the past, most businesses used carbon paper which involved using an ordinary sheet of paper over the top of a sheet of carbon copy paper. When pressure was applied to the top sheet with a pen or pencil, the carbon would imprint itself onto the paper below, so you received an exact copy of the details made. However, carbon paper was incredibly messy, and writing was easy to smudge.
Thankfully, the introduction of NCR Sets has solved all of these issues and provided an accurate and effortless way for tradesmen and businessmen to duplicate or even triplicate their hand-written documents.

Rather than using carbon paper, our custom printed NCR sets are made up of several pieces of NCR paper lined with a special micro-encapsulated dye. The paper is glued together in sets of 2 or 3 so that when you write on the top and apply pressure using a pen or pencil, the ink transfers across all sheets and you have instant copies of the original.
You then give your customers a copy and are left with the copies you require loose ready for filing or sending on! Much better than using the old-fashioned blue carbon paper – our carbonless copy paper is cleaner and more efficient. Numbering and drilling are additions to make this even better, numbering allows you to keep track and drilling makes it easier to store them.
A5 NCR Sets are used by many different types of businesses, most commonly tradesmen who need to write out duplicate timesheets, delivery notes or receipts quickly and efficiently on a client’s premises. They can be used for any reason where you may need a duplicate of something.
A5 2 part NCR sets are different to our 2 part NCR pads or invoice pads as they are not glued along the top or edge in pads of 50, our NCR sets remain as individual 2 part sets.
All of our special NCR paper sets are available with sequential numbering free of charge, you just have to tell us the start numbering position information. The sheets are glued at the top typically or glued along the long edge however you wish. You can choose to have them single or double sided, like our NCR pads are printed in black only or printed in full colour (to the front only).
We can offer 2 or 4 holes pre-drilled into the carbonless paper for those who like to store them in a ring binder.
No matter which NCR product you order they all come with a thick card writing shield.
As well as being fantastic tools for duplicating information, NCR Sets can be great for establishing your brand identity and establishing a good reputation. Therefore, we highly recommend ensuring the design of your A5 NCR Set looks professional and stays in line with your overall brand message. You should use your company name and contact details so customers can easily recognise your business as well as contact details for ease.
If you have chosen numbering, please supply us with print ready artwork files, one for us to print from and one showing the numbering position as a guide. If you would also like to order double sided, we suggest using 70% black for the reserve to avoid any show-through.
All artwork should be provided in CMYK to ensure a great finished product the same as any printed item.
