While both our treble layered┬аCards and premium┬аcards are luxury options, the difference lies in the thickness of the card used. Our standard business cards are printed on 450gsm stock while multi-layer business cards are almost twice as thick and printed on whopping 810gsm uncoated stock.
These are created using a special triple-layered technique to combine three layers of premium textured paper stock into one attractive card. The thickness of the overall paper provides a truly luxurious finish. The middle layer of stock can also be personalised from a choice of 11 colours for a bright, using the colour of your choice you can really create that eye-catching look.
Multilayer cards are made of 3 layers the outer white or kraft card stock sandwiches or encases a colour core centre for an extra thick card.
We offer a wide choice of 11 vibrant core colours including White, Black, Blue, Green, Light Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Turquoise, and Yellow sandwiched between two white. To ensure your design matches the colour core, please use the approximate CMYK equivalents in the table below.

Artwork for your 55mm square business cards should be set up to the product specification. If you get stuck as to where to start you can always download our templates as a great place to start, they are designed to make things easier when you upload your design. We offer our thick business cards in two sizes including the compact 55mm x 55mm square or 85mm x 55mm rectangle and the bleed for both would be the same. Make sure of the one you want to create before you start. As with any printed stationery whether printed digitally or litho, all colours should be set in CMYK for print production.
